Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to lead complex building technology projects in Alsdorf, Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for the independent, timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of projects within building services. Key day-to-day activities include technical clarification and coordination with clients and project stakeholders, managing site operations, and leading a team both technically and disciplinarily, including resource planning. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (Master, Technician, Engineer, or Bachelor level) and significant professional experience in the electrical trade, preferably in project management. Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation, and negotiation abilities are essential for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and fostering client relationships.
