Job Summary

This Senior Scientist role focuses on developing and applying advanced deep learning and generative AI methods for next-generation TCRm antibody therapeutics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining protein language model-based pipelines for binding prediction, specificity optimization, and in silico affinity maturation, specifically targeting the pHLA target space. Day-to-day tasks include designing, training, and validating ML models using internal biological datasets, integrating geometric deep learning and transformer architectures into antibody engineering workflows, and establishing best practices for reproducible research. The position requires a PhD in a relevant computational field and strong proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow), offering the opportunity to shape a young, ambitious AI program within a fast-paced biotech environment.
