Job Summary

This role involves supporting and managing diverse construction projects within the Hessian State Administration's central construction and real estate service provider (LBIH). The professional will independently handle tasks within project teams, focusing primarily on electrical engineering systems for new construction, renovations, and maintenance, especially within federal building projects. Key responsibilities include providing expert technical supervision for engineering offices, performing services according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for electrical, hazard detection, IT, and communication systems, and ensuring compliance with public procurement and contract law (VOB, VgV, HOAI). The ideal candidate is an Electrical Engineer, certified Technician, or Master Craftsman with deep knowledge of technical standards (VDE, DIN) and strong organizational skills, ready to actively shape their future in public service.
