Job Summary

This role involves performing essential maintenance, service, and repair work on machinery and tools used for plastic pipe processing and joining. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical machine systems, as well as carrying out various assembly tasks on different products. A key part of the job is providing technical consultation and support to clients via phone, email, and digital media. Furthermore, the technician will handle administrative tasks such as creating cost estimates and processing orders using SAP. The ideal candidate should have professional training or experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician, possess a reliable and independent work ethic, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
