Job Summary

This role is based within a global, rapidly growing Specialty Pharma company and involves supporting the central SAP management function. The SAP Key User will be instrumental in analyzing, controlling, and optimizing existing, cross-departmental SAP processes, contributing significantly to cross-functional process documentation. A core responsibility is acting as the global interface for one or more SAP modules. Day-to-day tasks include handling error messages, gathering information, and independently solving problems in collaboration with various departments. Furthermore, the Key User is responsible for developing and implementing training measures for both new and existing employees. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in business administration or technology, or equivalent professional training, coupled with proven practical experience in SAP S/4 HANA modules, and strong German and English communication skills.
