Job Summary

This role involves the independent execution of Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical (ICE) planning across all phases, from Basic to Detail Engineering, for complex industrial plants. Key responsibilities include creating essential technical documentation such as P&ID schemes, electrical flow diagrams, circuit diagrams, and detailed instrumentation lists, alongside selecting and specifying electrical components and developing advanced control concepts. The Engineer will ensure strict adherence to quality standards, norms (like DIN EN, VDI), and legal regulations within the ICE field, and will support the commissioning and acceptance testing of new systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and brings several years of professional experience in ICE planning, ideally within plant construction or an engineering consultancy. Success requires strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and proficiency with CAD planning tools like AutoCAD and EPLAN.
