Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for requirements management within an agile project environment, focusing on the efficient collection, administration, and prioritization of requirements. Day-to-day tasks include continuous optimization of processes, methods, and tools to further develop requirements management, as well as organizing, moderating, and documenting change management rounds and the Change Board. The Requirements Manager will also create concepts for implementing requirements and ensure their realization in projects, collaborating closely with internal and external process partners. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or possesses several years of professional experience in requirements management, preferably within large-scale software projects in the automotive sector. Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside deep knowledge of requirements tools like CodeBeamer, DOORS, Jira, and Confluence, and a solid understanding of both V-Model and agile technical requirement processes.
