As an IT Service Technician, you will be crucial in supporting, installing, and maintaining advanced Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) for clinics and medical practices, both nationally and internationally. Day-to-day responsibilities include first and second-level remote and telephone support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and commissioning IT solutions, documenting processes in the ticketing system, and training customers on product usage. Key requirements include a strong background in IT or Informatics, profound knowledge of Apple macOS and Linux systems, secure handling of SQL databases, and scripting abilities (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.).
