As the Digital Operations Tools and Automation Lead, you will be instrumental in optimizing the digital infrastructure for project execution within the Grid Solutions business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading the development and improvement of digital tools, establishing unified digital processes, and driving workflow automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. You will also ensure seamless system and data integration by collaborating closely with IT and business units. Required Skills
Education
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
Experience
- Extensive experience in running digital tools and driving process improvements in project-driven or industrial environments
- Significant experience in handling complex and large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Confirmed digital expertise in tool implementation, process design, and system integration projects
