Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Systems and CCM Specialist responsible for driving digital transformation and supporting leadership within a statutory health insurance organization. Day-to-day activities involve providing expert consultation, configuring and maintaining the core CCM system, and continuously developing Cross- and Omni-Channel frameworks and interfaces. The specialist will independently advance automation and dark processing by developing and expanding applications using languages like HTML5 and JavaScript. A critical component of this position is acting as a Scrum Master, coordinating requirements, moderating agile processes, and overseeing functional testing and release procedures. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with robust knowledge of IT standards such as ITIL, ISO 2700x, and COBIT. Experience with the organizational structure and IT infrastructure of a statutory health insurance fund is highly advantageous.
