Job Summary

This role is for a Quality Assurance Specialist supporting the expansion of the QA department at a chemical industry subsidiary in Troisdorf, near Bonn. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining critical documentation such as test plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. The specialist will perform chemical and physical analyses of raw materials and products, oversee the control and release of cleaning activities and production orders (including IPC testing), and conduct regular site inspections regarding hygiene and QMS standards. A core part of the job involves monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvements, and actively supporting internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, IFS). Candidates must possess completed technical training, such as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, combined with several years of professional QA experience, ideally in a regulated environment like medical devices.
