Job Summary

This leadership role involves the strategic management and continuous development of the Electrical and Electronics department, crucial for the production of high-quality RVs and camper vans under the Sunlight and Carado brands. The Head will coordinate and lead a six-person interdisciplinary team, driving the development and implementation of innovative E/E solutions while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards (VDE, DIN, ISO). Key responsibilities include managing development projects from concept through to series maturity, overseeing budgets and resources, and serving as the primary technical interface between product management, development, procurement, and external suppliers. Candidates must possess a Master's or Diploma Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive professional and leadership experience, and fluent German language skills.
