Job Summary

This leadership role involves ensuring the continuous technical availability of all production plants within a major European pizza manufacturing group. The Shift Leader is responsible for organizing, executing, and controlling all maintenance and repair work, including managing external contractors during installations and repairs. A key component of the role is leadership, requiring the development and training of the shift team, identifying training needs, and maintaining clear communication. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman qualification (Meister) in mechanics, electrical, or automation technology, coupled with professional experience in technical leadership and deep knowledge of production machine maintenance, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
