Job Summary

This role involves acting as the central interface and primary point of contact for all IT requirements within the organization. The IT Demand Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing initial IT demand inquiries from specialist departments and IT, analyzing technical and strategic requirements, and prioritizing them within the IT project portfolio. A key aspect of the job is close collaboration with IT units, architects, service management, and specialist departments to evaluate technical feasibility, interfaces, and system dependencies early on. The successful candidate will develop targeted IT and digital demand strategies based on current technology trends (e.g., Cloud, Automation, AI), document and track these processes, and proactively identify trends and needs before bottlenecks occur. Candidates should possess a strong technical understanding of IT system landscapes, experience with IT Demand/Portfolio Management tools, and familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL).
