Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to drive the largest agricultural revolution since the invention of the tractor by developing core geodata infrastructure for autonomous machinery. The specialist will be responsible for the further development of the Geodateninfrastruktur, primarily utilizing PostgreSQL and a Python/Flask backend. Key daily activities include building and maintaining a scalable data architecture crucial for autonomous operations and serving as the central point of contact for all geodata topics, including data handling and structuring. Candidates must bring very strong practical experience in Geoinformatics, solid Python skills (ideally with Flask and FastAPI), and proficiency in Linux and QGIS. The position also involves supporting advanced field data analysis, focusing on pattern recognition, quality evaluations, and spatial correlations, requiring a structured, independent, and innovative approach.
