Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical-Technical Assistant or Chemical Laboratory Technician for an internationally active industrial company based in Hamburg/Veddel. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing sample collections and analyses, accurately weighing substances, operating microwave equipment for inorganic chemical analysis digestion, and performing substance dilutions. A key part of the job is meticulous documentation and general laboratory support tasks. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed vocational training as a CTA or Chemical Laboratory Technician, demonstrate an analytical mindset, and be prepared to work in a rotating shift system (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM). Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office are essential, along with a conscientious approach to handling hazardous materials.
