Job Summary
This role seeks a skilled PLC Programmer to drive the automation and continuous development of innovative biogas plant control systems for a rapidly growing company operating nationally and internationally. Day-to-day responsibilities include the programming and commissioning of Beckhoff controllers, specifically using TwinCAT 2 and CODESYS (IEC 61131-3), alongside creating reusable software components and comprehensive project documentation (specifications, software, process). The role also involves providing essential remote and on-site support for troubleshooting and diagnostics. The ideal candidate brings fundamental experience in PLC/IPC programming and automation, particularly with Beckhoff/TwinCAT, and possesses strong analytical and quality-conscious work ethics. Required Skills
Education
Certified Technician (Electrical or Automation Technology), Electrical Engineering Degree, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Fundamental experience in PLC/IPC programming and automation
- Experience with common communication interfaces
- Programming experience using CODESYS (IEC 61131-3 languages)
- Practical experience in PLC programming with Beckhoff/TwinCAT
