Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Engineer specializing in grid control systems, working for MITNETZ STROM, a major regional distribution network operator in Eastern Germany. The successful candidate will actively shape the future of network control technology by continuously maintaining and developing the grid control system, network, and system security management to ensure infrastructure stability and future viability. Key responsibilities include managing central control technology, maintaining precise data models through image and data maintenance, and further developing the balancing group management system to enhance network efficiency and transparency. Collaboration across various departments on exciting projects, from digitalization to automation, is central to the role. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally have professional experience in network calculation, control technology, or modeling, along with proficiency in or willingness to learn network calculation software like PowerFactory.
