Job Summary

This role involves supporting the technical and disciplinary leadership of the technical department at the Melle logistics center, overseeing a team of approximately 35 employees across electrical engineering, mechanics, and facility management. The Deputy Technical Manager will be responsible for planning, controlling, and developing the entire technical infrastructure, including building services (TGA), and ensuring the smooth operation of all plant technology. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex malfunctions, implementing sustainable optimization measures, and managing all maintenance and inspection activities according to legal and internal standards. The ideal candidate must possess a technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of experience managing complex technical systems. Strong leadership skills, a structured approach, and proficiency in handling technical documentation are essential for success in this demanding leadership position.
