Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused (Junior) Systems Engineer looking to join a dynamic and fast-growing IT solutions and consulting firm based in Halle (Westfalen), offering both remote and on-site work. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, managing user accounts and access rights within Microsoft 365, and handling the setup, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software workstations. The successful candidate will also participate in crucial IT projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations, while assisting with network infrastructure monitoring, data backup (Veeam), virus protection (Securepoint), and system documentation. Key requirements include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with at least one year of experience in IT support or system administration, strong communication skills, and a high degree of service orientation.
