Job Summary

This is a key 18-month temporary employment role for a Senior Data Scientist within a well-known pharmaceutical and biotech company located in the Rhine-Main area, starting in early 2026. The professional will be responsible for the development and implementation of critical data-driven solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve heavy programming using Python, including libraries like pandas, streamlit, or flask, alongside applying statistical tools such as SQL and OpenAI-APIs. A core part of the role is the development and implementation of advanced statistical models and predictive algorithms to support data-based decision-making. The position requires effective project management using the Jira Stack and DevOps tools like Jenkins and OpenShift. Crucially, the candidate must ensure all data science projects comply with stringent regulatory requirements, including GDPR, the German Medicines Act (AMG), and the German Advertising of Medicines Act (HWG). The ideal candidate possesses 4–6 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Advanced Statistics, coupled with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
