Job Summary

This role is for a creative and solution-oriented developer specializing in Low-Code platforms, specifically OutSystems and Workato, within the Deutsche Bahn intermodal services subsidiary. The developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into IT solutions, implementing new functionalities, and integrating new customers and platforms. A core part of the job involves active participation in application development using Low-Code methodologies, collaborating closely with the process department, and optimizing and digitizing processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in computer science or equivalent application development experience, expertise in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery), and familiarity with database systems and SQL. Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban) and an understanding of software architecture, particularly Microservice architectures, are essential for success in this dynamic and challenging environment.
