This critical role within the Cadastral and Surveying Office involves serving as the Geobasic Data Specialist and internal IT Application Administrator. The specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle support of specialized IT systems, including the development, testing, and configuration of custom software and hardware solutions for surveying tasks, such as coordinate transformation and database querying. Daily duties include maintaining specialized applications, providing comprehensive user support, and administering core systems like GEORG. A key function is providing legal and technical consultation to external clients (e.g., hunting cooperatives) regarding the provision and preparation of geodata. The ideal candidate holds a university degree (Bachelor/Diplom-Engineer FH) in Geodesy, Geoinformatics, or Surveying, possesses knowledge of specialized surveying software (KIVID, GeoGraf, GEORG) and GIS, and demonstrates deep understanding of IT security and data protection. Fluency in German (C1 level) is mandatory for effective communication and legal compliance in this permanent, full-time position.
