Job Summary

This role as an Instrumentation and Control (ICA) Technician involves managing the central control systems for customized refrigeration and climate applications used across industry, research, and medical technology. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing control software using SIMATIC TIA Portal, designing system visualizations, and performing comprehensive service and maintenance on automation systems. You will be actively involved from pre-commissioning in the factory through final commissioning at customer sites, requiring expertise in fault analysis and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or an equivalent engineering degree (Technician/Master/Engineer) in ICA or Automation Technology, coupled with professional experience in programming and commissioning, specifically utilizing SIMATIC TIA Portal and Step7.
