Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated and highly reliable IT Administrator passionate about supporting employees across various social institutions, including kindergartens, schools, and senior care facilities, operated by the AWO District Association of Lower Bavaria/Upper Palatinate. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of client systems, including installation, integration into existing infrastructure, and ensuring high availability of all IT systems. Key duties involve on-site system support across multiple locations, managing vendor relations by creating tickets and collaborating with external service providers, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT affinity, experience with modern technologies, and specific knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management, alongside professional experience administering Dell, HP, and Microsoft solutions.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or as a Clerk for IT System Management

- Professional experience in IT administration and support
