Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional seeking responsibility and involvement in a growing digitalization company. The IT Support Specialist will be central to providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level support, focusing on fault analysis, troubleshooting (including remote access), and managing the entire IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include administering mail, proxy, print, file, and Active Directory servers, alongside managing Windows clients, servers, and telephony systems. The position requires expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox, HyperV), network administration (VLAN, Firewall), and robust patch and license management. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with strong organizational skills and a Class B driving license to support the team’s success.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance and administration of VMware, Proxmox, and HyperV
- Professional experience in the administration of Windows servers and Windows clients
- Professional knowledge in network administration, VLAN, and Firewall
