Job Summary

This role involves leading the Research and Development (R&D) team at Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG, a company specializing in complex environmental measurement devices, such as fine dust measurement systems for industrial applications. The Development Team Lead holds both technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility, overseeing the coordination and execution of complex development tasks, conducting test series, and managing certification processes specific to environmental measurement technology. A key aspect of the role is organizing and running proprietary projects, including the development of new device types, and contributing strategically to the long-term development roadmap. Candidates must possess a technical university degree, multi-year experience developing complex technical systems, and proven leadership skills, coupled with fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B2) proficiency.
