Job Summary

This role involves providing essential support within the food analysis laboratory in Hameln, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Laboratory Assistant will manage the supply and disposal of consumables, maintain cleanliness and readiness of all equipment and utensils in the wash-up area, and handle the preparation and storage of food samples. Key responsibilities include preparing samples for analysis and ensuring laboratory materials are readily available for the analysts. Candidates should have a completed vocational training, though motivated career changers are welcome, and ideally possess experience in hygiene or food production.
