Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT operations within the Regional Infrastructure Management (RIM) of the Federal Employment Agency, located in Leer, Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading small IT projects, commissioning background hardware, ensuring standard operations, and providing standardized IT information and basic training to users based on central concepts. The specialist will also analyze and resolve simple operational disruptions, coordinate technician deployments, and assist with administrative tasks related to Regional Service Management (RSM) and IT security efforts. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training, preferably as an IT Specialist, or comparable experience, alongside mandatory possession of a Class 3 driver's license. The position requires proficiency with standard IT tools, excellent organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach.
