This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or equivalent to take on a leadership position managing complex projects in energy and building technology. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal creation and material procurement to final customer acceptance and billing. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project planning and control, managing personnel deployment (including subcontractors), ensuring VOB-compliant correspondence with clients and trades, and maintaining strict control over the project budget and technical quality.
