Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to join an IT services and support solutions company in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria. The position involves acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, handling support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key daily tasks include providing technical support for O365, video conferencing systems, and various end devices, as well as independently planning and executing software rollouts and updates. The ideal candidate will have completed IT training or possess equivalent experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles. Strong proficiency in both German and English is required, along with a Class B driving license, as the role involves readiness for assignments within the Munich area. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity, initially via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
