Job Summary

This position calls for an independent IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support for a customer in Munich (Laim). The core focus of the role involves managing the IT warehouse, providing essential Hands & Eyes support, and resolving Break/Fix tickets. You will be instrumental in executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and, following an introductory phase, participating in on-call duty. Key qualifications include proven experience in Onsite Support and utilizing ticketing systems, alongside strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, common applications, and networking environments.
