Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated Specialist in Quality Control and Management to join an internationally renowned chemical company in Ludwigshafen, focusing on high-performance thermosetting molding compounds. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System within the plastics division. Key responsibilities include autonomous contribution to quality assurance, developing and optimizing QM processes, supporting internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for implementing specific industry requirements (such as PPAP, FMEA, MSA) based on customer needs, handling complaints, and coordinating documentation and testing across production, sales, and development departments. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in quality management, preferably in the chemical or plastics sector, and strong communication skills in both German and English.
