Job Summary

This role involves integrating and maintaining critical IT components for a leading educational institution in Heidelberg. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and maintenance of Windows Server systems, Office 365, firewalls, switches, and routers, ensuring the entire IT infrastructure operates smoothly. Key daily tasks include handling troubleshooting via a ticketing system, performing error diagnosis, monitoring the IT environment, and managing user accounts, licenses, and rights within Active Directory and Office 365. The ideal candidate possesses a professional qualification in IT system integration, strong knowledge of PC system technology, network components (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), and hands-on experience with routing, switching, and gateway setup.
