Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing customer inquiries, delivering 2nd Level Support, managing iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunication components, and rigorously documenting all activities performed directly at the customer's location. The ideal candidate possesses relevant professional experience or vocational training in IT systems integration, strong knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10, and fluency in German.
