Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical safety technology systems, with a strong focus on Fire Alarm Systems (FAS). Day-to-day responsibilities include performing general electrical installation work, such as cable laying, lamp mounting, and socket installation, alongside the specific setup and expansion of FAS infrastructure. The technician is responsible for the full lifecycle of system deployment, including conducting rigorous testing, ensuring proper function, and performing the final handover of commissioned systems to the customer. Additionally, the role includes maintenance and service work, as well as managing the relocation of data and electrical technologies during workplace moves. Candidates must hold a recognized vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and demonstrate relevant professional field experience.
