Job Summary

This role is a critical position focused on ensuring adherence to both internal and external quality standards through precise dimensional measurement and inspection. The Measurement Technician will be responsible for the testing and approval of components using advanced metrology equipment, including 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) such as HEXAGON/WERTH systems. A core daily task involves creating and programming these 3D CMMs using PC-DMIS software, conducting production-accompanying measurements, and executing re-qualification tests. Candidates must bring professional experience in quality assurance, strong knowledge of testing and measurement technology, and familiarity with quality methods like FAI, PPF, and SPC. The position requires experience in handling detailed work and test instructions and supporting production staff with measurement activities. This full-time, permanent position in Straubenhardt offers a planned transition to a direct contract with the client.
