Job Summary

This hands-on role requires an experienced professional to manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of diverse production systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and equipping machinery, ensuring the availability of necessary operating resources, and diligently monitoring multiple production lines according to established programs. A critical function involves correcting simple machine and system malfunctions, adjusting settings during startup, and performing routine preventative maintenance and minor repair work, such as replacing wear parts, based on predefined plans. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Engineer/Technician) and excellent knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechatronics. The position offers above-tariff compensation, bonuses, coverage for necessary further training, and excellent opportunities for permanent takeover by the client, requiring high motivation and a willingness to work shifts.
