Job Summary

This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and quality control of shell construction (body-in-white) facilities within a robust industrial setting. Key daily tasks involve running and loading the systems, conducting quality assurance checks, and proactively eliminating process disruptions. A critical component of the job is the autonomous execution of maintenance and supporting fault correction, including analyzing and documenting the root causes of malfunctions, and teaching robot programs. Successful candidates must hold a completed technical qualification, such as an Industrial Electronics Technician, Automation Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and maintain a high level of quality awareness. Experience as a plant attendant or operator is advantageous. The position requires excellent written and spoken German skills and a willingness to work in shifts, offering comprehensive training and an excellent chance for permanent takeover by the client.
