Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating incident resolution, managing communications with end-users, handling service requests within the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, Windows Server, SCCM), and ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training, coupled with initial practical experience in IT infrastructure operations and familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management. Required Skills

Education
