Job Summary

This role is for an IMAC Technician based in Hamburg, working for a nationwide service provider. The core responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level Onsite Support and Field Service, specifically managing Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) support for end-user devices. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and supporting Notebooks, Desktops, Printers, and Mobile Devices, performing application installations, creating data backups, and offering 'Smart Hand' support for server and network issues. The ideal candidate must have experience with Windows 7 and 10 environments and Mobile Device Management.
