As a Senior Specialist in Quality Control, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating complex QC processes for biopharmaceutical products, including material releases, sample management, and stability studies. A key part of the job involves supporting the lab leader in coordinating and evaluating QC activities and preparing regulatory documents. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in a natural science field (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry) or equivalent professional training, coupled with extensive professional experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment. You must demonstrate expert knowledge in Sample Coordination, Stability Studies, and Document Management, and be proficient in both German and English to handle internal/external inquiries and regulatory reporting. This position is hybrid, allowing for remote work two days per week after an initial on-site training period, offering a secure, long-term career path with excellent takeover prospects.
