Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician specializing in material testing, focusing on both metallic and non-metallic materials (plastics/elastomers). Day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation of samples, documentation of structural conditions using microscopy, and independent application of various standardized testing procedures. A core focus is performing Technical Cleanliness testing (Restschmutzprüfung) according to standards like VDA19.1 and ISO 16232, followed by microscopic characterization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation, test reports, and statistics, and communicating results to relevant departments. This position requires precision, reliability, independent work ethic, and expertise in metallography and plastography, offering an immediate start in a permanent, full-time contract.
