Job Summary

This role is for a Staff Specialist responsible for the global management and operational oversight of the Online Sample Program. The specialist will work closely with an external Partner Service Provider (eCommerce partner) to ensure the efficient distribution of free samples globally. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing the sample distribution process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction related to the program, and coordinating effectively with various internal stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong process management skills and the ability to maintain seamless operations within a critical global program.
