Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced RDQA Supplier Oversight Manager to lead complex, strategic, cross-functional projects focused on regulatory compliance and quality assurance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors. The manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, proactively improving internal processes, and ensuring quality agreements align with global regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the regular review of quality agreements, collecting and analyzing key metrics for decision-making, and demonstrating strong leadership and collaborative skills across technical and functional areas. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, combined with significant professional experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and clinical research/development. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for effective external and internal collaboration.
