Job Summary

This full-time position in Ludwigshafen am Rhein involves working as a Laboratory Technician (or equivalent qualification like BTA, MTA, CTA) within the Substance Logistics unit of a global pharmaceutical company. The core responsibilities include the precise weighing and dissolving of chemical substances, managing digitized inventory documentation, and handling the global packaging and shipping of these materials. A significant part of the role involves operating and programming various pipetting robots, producing ready assay plates, and setting up automated processing protocols. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant vocational training (e.g., Chemistry/Biology Laboratory Technician) and possess fluency in German and basic English skills to facilitate internal and external communication with scientists and logistics departments worldwide. Prior laboratory experience, especially with automated production equipment and chemical substances, is highly desirable.
