Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a clinical background and experience in hospital or healthcare settings, focusing on strategic digital transformation within a university hospital system. The manager will independently lead, manage, or contribute to central executive board projects, including expanding digital maturity and integrating AI-based processes into clinical operations. Key responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary teams, developing and executing project communication strategies, creating training concepts for new digital processes, and supporting project planning and execution. The successful candidate will gain deep insights into process chains and digital transformation, while enhancing their moderation, presentation, and technical expertise through conceptualization, planning, and controlling tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position based across the Kiel and Lübeck campuses.
