Job Summary

This role is for an NDT Quality Control Specialist focused on ensuring the integrity of critical gear components within the aerospace supply chain at Liebherr-Aerospace. The specialist will be responsible for the entire quality assurance cycle, including reviewing technical drawings and test plans, selecting appropriate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Nital Etch testing, and subsequently setting up the required testing and measuring machinery. Key daily activities involve executing quality checks, meticulously documenting results, evaluating findings, and granting final product release within the assigned scope. Candidates must hold a completed technical vocational qualification (such as Industrial Mechanic or Cutting Machine Operator) and possess a mandatory Level 1 NDT Inspector certification according to EN4179, with company support provided for advancement to Level 2. This position offers a secure, permanent role in a modern aerospace environment, requiring a quality-conscious and cooperative individual willing to work in shifts.
