Job Summary
This leadership role requires taking full responsibility for the Electronics Research & Development division, focusing on product innovation in power electronics for industrial UV-lamp systems and cutting-edge DC charging technology for E-Mobility. The Head will manage and mentor a team of eight highly skilled professionals, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from market trend identification and feasibility analysis to technical specification, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with norms (CE, EMC). Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with a power electronics specialization, extensive professional experience, and expertise in resonant circuit topologies and SiC technology. This position offers significant strategic influence, the opportunity to drive process optimization within the Product Development Process (PEP), and engagement in diverse, high-growth industrial and electric vehicle markets.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field, with a focus on Power Electronics
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in power electronics product development, specifically for UV-lamp systems and DC charging technology (E-Mobility).
- Proven disciplinary and technical leadership experience managing highly qualified teams.
- Professional experience in system development encompassing hardware, software, and mechanics, including validation.
- Practical experience working with resonant circuit topologies and SiC technology.
- Experience in leading organizational projects focused on optimizing the Product Development Process (PEP).
