Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional in electronics manufacturing, ideally with a background as an electrician or similar, who is looking to advance into a production management position, or an existing Production/Value Stream Leader. The successful candidate will lead a team of 25+ employees in component/product manufacturing, focusing on achieving optimal production results by managing key performance indicators such as quantity, quality, efficiency, delivery reliability, and workplace safety. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing daily operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety regulations. The role demands a proactive leader capable of optimizing production capacities, minimizing costs, and implementing continuous improvement strategies like KVP and 5S. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an electrician or comparable in electronics
  • Professional experience as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Value Stream Leader in manufacturing of electrotechnical, metalworking, or precision mechanical products
  • Several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility, ideally in a comparable position in an industrial company, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar fields
